The Delaware Home Show is owned and operated by the Home Builders Association of Delaware, which has been an integral part of the growth and economic development of the State of Delaware since 1947. The HBA/DE is a not-for-profit Association of home builders and other businesses directly related to Delaware's Home Building Industry, which contributes approximately $750,000,000 to Delaware's economy annually, and employs approximately 20,000 Delawareans. HBA/DE members receive priority placement at the home shows as well as an additional booth discount. Find out more at www.hbade.org.
Entering its 21st year of operation, the Delaware Home Shows remain the only shows in the First State dedicated solely to the consumer home improvement field. Our 2013 show schedule includes the 9th annual spring Home Show at the spectacular Chase Center on the Riverfront in Wilmington Delaware on March 2 & 3. The downstate Home Show moves from the fairgrounds in Harrington to its new home at the Dover Sheraton Hotel on April 6 & 7 and the original Fall Delaware Home Show celebrates its 21st anniversary on September 14 & 15.
Average spring attendance is 7,500 pre-qualified homeowners in one of the most affluent areas on the east coast. Attendees are primarily middle to higher income homeowners and attend from Delaware, the Eastern Shore of Maryland, Southeastern Pennsylvania and Southern New Jersey.
